Janelle Adoryan, PMHNP
Janelle Adoryan is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over ten years of healthcare experience, including surgical and cardiovascular nursing and psychiatric nursing.
EDUCATION
Janelle’s undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an Associate of Science in Nursing from the Carolinas College of Health Sciences in Charlotte. She holds two graduate degrees, a Master of Arts in Teaching with concentration in child/adolescent development from Queens University of Charlotte, and a Master of Science in Nursing with ANCC Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the University of South Alabama. Janelle has practiced outpatient psychiatric nursing since 2021 for children, adolescents, teens and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, conversion disorder, OCD, and other mood and behavioral disorders.
PRACTICES
Janelle strives to develop authentic connections with patients and families and enjoys the life-long learning required to stay up to date on current psychiatric therapies and practices. Her approach as a PMHNP is informed by her broad education and experiences helping others through educating, listening, and her commitment to remaining teachable herself.
